CSES has become involved in giving back more to the community through charitable initiatives:

CHEO Carleton is an initiative of the Carleton Student Engineering Society to give back to the community by contributing to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). CSES will be organizing fundraising events, collecting donations, and encouraging both the Carleton community and the greater Ottawa area to contribute to this great cause. All proceeds will be going to the charity - either in the form of direct purchases for a hospital, or donations to CHEO.
